The Plan provides guidelines for making decisions or recommendations

for individual parcels of land, specific public improvements, and similar

questions that might arise in the future.  The Plan provides the

framework for Planning Commission recommendations and Township

Board decisions.

This Ordinance has been prepared and adopted for the purpose of providing standards and

regulations for land development, for the use of land and structures, and for all other purposes

described in Section 201 of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act.
